Saw increases in upload and download speeds
Hello everyone,Every once in a while I get some tech to review and when I get it I usually get pretty excited to test and review it. I am an avid gamer and I can even get pretty competitive in games I like. Internet speed has been one thing that keeps me on par with competition and have usually depended on wired ethernet cables to keep my internet speeds in the appropriate range for competitive gaming.I upgraded to WiFi-6, 6e as soon as I heard about it. I bought a decent gaming grade wireless 6 router and wireless 6 pcie card by name brand sellers and I haven't been happier with the purchases. The wireless system has allowed me to achieve competitive gaming grade speeds without the hassle of having to run ethernet wires all over my house.I bought this antenna because in my mind it was better than the antenna that came with my wireless 6 pie card. The surface area alone made me think that I should get better reception of the wireless signals than the two thin antenna which were supplied with the wireless 6 pcie card. The question was, would this square plate antenna give me better reception than the original hardware? To my surprise this antenna did increase my speeds, not dramatically but there was definitely at least a 20mbps increase in my download speeds and almost a 40mbs increase in upload speeds! I was astonished at the increase in upload speed. This device had improved my upload speeds by almost 200%. I also saw definite improvements in my game performance with less packet-loss. I don't know why the flat square format improved my reception other than the flat area receives more of the 6e transmissions effectively. At my current internet speed it really is hard to tell the difference while gaming but I think there is also less interference when using a large area to receive transmissions so this is why it improved my packet loss situation. It's almost like a small dish receiver or something.Overall, I am pretty impressed with this little device and the price I paid for it is amazing. It is such a great feeling to get powerful and improved performance out of such a small device. If you're looking to slightly improve your transmission speed, and or receive better quality transmissions I would definitely suggest upgrading to this device especially if you're using a Wi-Fi 6e compatible system.I would suggest this to any Wi-Fi 6e user who wants to improve the quality of their transmissions. For gamers and professionals alike, this device should show noticeable improvements while benchmarking and working/playing.Note: I tested my internet speeds with googles internet speed test, and packet-loss in Fortnite. Thanks for reading, and I hope this review has helped you today.

Product nomenclature conflicts the writing on the device.
I cannot like or dislike this antenna because I refuse to connect it to my computer. The company says one thing but their product directly conflicts what they advertise. The device itself is cheaply made, the connectors fell off and the part where the antenna cables go into the antenna housing is loose. I won't get this near a $20,000.00 computer. I do not wish for a refund only because that would make me spend more time dealing with this ordeal. I hope this helps people in the future.

Gave a 10dBm boost!
I have a TP-Link AX1500 Wifi 6 router, and to use this antenna with it, I needed to buy a "UFL to SMA Mini PCI U.FL to RP-SMA Female" pack with 2 cables. I was unfamiliar with all those acronyms prior to this antenna. On a NETGEAR R6200 it labels the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz antenna ports on the board, but on this AX1500 it had two antenna soldered and 2 with the mini ports. Quick trial-and-error with disconnecting the antennas and checking signals showed they were 5GHz.In-house, I still get 866 and 1200 transmit/receive on expected devices and don't notice any speed improvements, but I also don't notice any performance drops. Outside, I notice a 10 dBm improvement down two floors and past 3 rooms. The base of this antenna is magnetic but I had an awkward time of trying to keep it on a quick-mounted metal bracket and screw on the ceiling. It's not a long metal magnet nor is it strong, but it's enough to keep it hung directly upside down on the ceiling once it's in a good position.Overall, this is a nice antenna, just make sure you know what kind of antenna ports you're dealing with and buy something alongside this adapter if you need to convert!

Seems to work
There were no instructions in the box and the 2 connectors are the same as far as I can see, yet I was expecting it to matter which antenna cable went to which connector. My use case was to use this on a router rather than the more typical option of using it with a motherboard based wifi adapter. The connectors are a universal size so as long as you have standard connectors on your wifi card or removable antennas for a router it should work fine.My testing was a bit inconclusive as to the difference/improvement this makes. It may be a case of needing to try it in your setup as there are so many variables affecting wifi signals. I'd suggest also switching the connectors as part of your testing to ensure this doesn't limit the potential performance just because of which cable connects to which wifi port.

It works.
It's an alright antenna. I wouldn't call this anything but generic. The logo is terrible, but at least the cables are long enough to hide this thing way out of the way. That's mostly why I got it; just needed some long cables on the antenna to hide this thing up and away from the rest of the setup. What it does is just be a bluetooth antenna and not even really used for WiFi, but when tested, it was ok. Antennas can make a difference on connection quality, but there are so many factors involved there that if that's a concern, you're not going for something like this.Should you trust it with a five-figure cost PC? ...what? It's just an antenna, it's not going to do anything but not work. If you just need an antenna, that's what this is and it works better than nothing.

works great
I am using this no name antenna on my gaming computer that has an Asus ROG MAXIMUS Z690 HERO EVA motherboard and it's working great for me. The motherboard comes with its own antenna which works pretty well. I did not see major increases nor decreases on speeds but it did seem to get a little more range. Where my computer is right now I normally hit 600-700 MB/s with either antenna. I have not tested any closer to the router but even my MacBook sitting on the same desk as the router only really see's 700's on a good day.
