Q: How is this eaten? Is it eaten as is or used in cooking?

I put it in the fridge and have a pod or two small ones. I don't cook it. tI might not go with the rest of your recipe.

Q: I received my order of hot pickled garlic today. One of the jars the lid was loose and the liquid had drained into the packaging. No way to return?

This was my fourth order and have never had any jar leaak or break. They are wrapped tightly in the bubble-wrap material
