I recently purchased the FitTrip Scrambler 27.5T 21 Speed bicycle, and so far, the riding experience has been fantastic. Though the delivery had some issues with the front suspension fork, preventing the front wheel from being installed, FitTrip's customer service was highly responsive and helped resolve the issue over phone calls. In fact, they reached out to me proactively after delivery, which was impressive.Now that everything is fixed, my first ride was smooth and enjoyable. The frame feels solid and durable, and the Shimano gears provide seamless shifting between speeds. The 27.5-inch tires are perfect for riders between 5'5" to 6'0", offering a comfortable experience. The adjustable quick-release seat allows easy height adjustments, and the quick-release front wheel makes transportation hassle-free.The bicycle arrived 90% assembled, with only the handle and front wheel needing installation, which was simple even for a first-time MTB user. The brakes are decent—not the best but effective. Given its affordable price, this bike is an excellent choice for beginners looking to start their cycling journey without compromising on quality.Aside from the minor delivery issue, which was likely due to the courier’s handling, everything has been great. FitTrip’s support team ensured a smooth resolution, making me even more confident in my purchase.Since I’ve only just started riding, I'll post an updated review after a month to share long-term feedback. I recently purchased this gear cycle from Amazon and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! The build quality is solid and it looks even better in person than in the pictures. The gear shifting is smooth, and the ride feels very stable and comfortable, even on rough roads. The design is sleek and modern, and I’ve already received compliments from friends. It was easy to assemble, and everything arrived well-packaged. Overall, a fantastic cycle at a great price—definitely worth the buy!

Nice cycle for new user, easy assembly, gears shifting smooth, looks expensive, uphill ride easy, delivery and packaging good, overall best bike in this price....

The cycle quality is good, the spokes of both the tyres are loose the local shops are refusing to fix it or charging more than 1000 bucks, kindly resolve it otherwise i will return it.

The cycle is of good quality and also comes with lot of accessories. Overall it is a good cycle at this price range.

I received this Cycle in very bad condition. The tail wheel was very loose. I had to pay extra 300 Rs just to fix the back tyre.
