Ronseal DHFPTR25L 2.5L Diamond Hard Floor Paint - Tile Red

I found the colour (Tile Red ) to be darker than I expected - I previously used a lighted shade which more pleasing. However the paint itself was good to apply and appears to form a strong surface resistant to scuffs and marks from roller wheel across a concrete floor

The paint is easy to use on the garage floor but unfortunately despite thoroughly cleaning all the dust up and doing all the other prep required the paint seems to chip and peel after a few months, even more so if I drive on it. The colour is nice and is shiny, it is just a shame that the paint chips after a short time.

This is brilliant paint. This has made my garage looking almost good enough to live in. The secret to doing a garage floor of course is good preparation with a good Cleaning/Degreasing agent. I used and would recommend a product from Spurrier Chemical Industries, Deeside, Flintshire and allowed 2 days for it to thoroughly dry off and followed it with 2 coats of this Ronseal. It does exactly what it says on the telly !

Says quick drying?but it takes about 5/6 hours; it’s good paint but takes forever to dry ?so take this in mind ;

It did what I wanted it to do easily and covered well .

It was easy to apply.It was easy to clean the brushes afterwards using water and detergent.I ordered Tile Red depending on the lighting conditions it looks chocolate brown to deep red.
