Initially this dishes looked stunning. They are robust and double skinned so they keep the food hot. However the beautiful copper finish is not at all stable. The finish started to degrade within a day in a normal atmosphere and warming them only excellerated it further. I would consider these items to be reasonably expensive, and certainly not cheap and would therefore expect the finish to be more durable. I do not recommend this item.
