Fits perfectly.
The pad fits my Bosch 1250DEVS ROS perfectly. The only difference between my original pad and this pad is the center screw. The new included screw has a different size allen head. Also, the new screw has a pan head that is wider than my original socket style screw. But this difference is of no consequence. The threads on both screws are the same, and I can use either screw on the new pad. I think this replacement pad is slightly stiffer than my original, but I have not noticed any difference in sanding results. I'm happy with the pad.

pad does not hold sanding disc more than 10 minutes
they are junk. last for 10 minutes & sanding disc comes off. will be returning. same sanding disc that came off will last quite some time on other sander that has a different pad. sending back, waste of my money
