Performance not as good as expected
Didn’t clean pool balls as well as I expected so returned for a refund. Been 3 weeks and still don’t have refund yet.

Do not buy this product or deal with this vendor
The product out of the box did not clean the balls. It is a fabrication. I returned. Was charged a 60% restocking fee. Vendor refused to refund my money. "we tested it it worked". SURE it turned on. The definition of working is cleaing. It didn't. Period.

Honestly to hard to use, took nearly an hour to clean a set of balls and your arms and hands will hurt during and after
