Gregory and his Extra X

A bit cheesy and hard to figure an age for it but combined with many other resources it's better to have than not. Depends on your kid. Makes it seem like they're a bit too "all the same"... but really at least it's something. Kid sees a real published book they may feel a little more reassured.

Best (and only) kids book for guys with XXY. My son loved reading this book and felt very connected to the character.

This book helped my son feel less lonely about his condition. It validates his experience in a calm and gentle way. Each page address one or two common symptoms in real life situations as how the boy feels as how they affect him. This book helped my son explain his condition to himself and to others. He quotes it in a humorous way as it applies to him. It gave us a channel for how to talk to him about it.

I bought this book to see how the subject of xXy is now being presented to children? Even though I'm 72 years old with xXy, I found this short story to be a NICE read and it was enjoyable, plus presented facts that should be easy for a child to understand. At least it's a Good introduction.Thank you.

Very helpful for starting to understand XXY

I’ve also had the pleasure of getting to know and love their families.This book is a great way to explain XXY to kids, family members and others. I highly recommend this book.
