Set up the canvas bit correctly and it's a good product!
The reviews that suggest the pockets are not deep enough to hold books without them falling forward and out may be explained by the fact that I had the same issue until I realised I had fitted the canvas on the wrong way round!It works perfectly now.This may mean the instructions can be criticised a bit - it's not wholly clear that the canvas needs to be a particular way - but the product itself - when set up correctly - is sturdy and well designed for toddler use in our experience.Apart from the minor canvas issue it is very easy to set up.The quality is good but perhaps a bit expensive for the type of material used.That said, we're happy enough...

The product is ok , it will be fine in my grandchildren room , but the canvas is badly stained ....not a stain that you can get out either...and it can't be hidden

Sturdy toddler bookcase
Really pleased with this bookcase. It's the perfect size for a two-year-old, sturdy, good quality and holds many books without tilting at all. I think it's worth paying an extra £10 or so to have a bookcase that is solid.

Awful quality do not buy!
We have the white version, and the quality of the bookcase is absolutely atrocious! The first one that arrived there was a brown spatter stain all over the fabric and one of the poles was missing a chunk out of the end. Amazon replaced it. The second one that arrived the holes that were drilled into the slat of wood at the back were too big for the screws so there was nothing for the threads of the screws to screw into. Just all round really poor workmanship don't waste your money.

Easy to assemble, nice and sturdy
Very easy to assemble. Sturdy. Does the job and my little one likes it a lot.

AVOID!!
Casting the bad reviews aside I thought I'd give this a try as it was on a warehouse deal... it said there was minor cosmetic damage to the back.The bookcase arrived with just the sides. No canvas cloth, no poles and no screws and the sides that we recieved were in awful condition!Returned and refunded.

Terrible design keeps collapsing
This product is pathetic, the rods holding up the individual sleeves / slightly gs (shelves) are not held in with any screwing mechanisms so they keep popping out under the weight of a few books rendering it useless, it just collapsesNot a good design at all for the price it is
