It’s a beautiful watch, but a crystal fell out wishing the first few weeks of wearing it. My husband ordered it back in December for my January birthday. Then I read “the return window has clear sed” !!! What the heck? What about the 90 day implied warranty in California. I want it exchanged or repaired. How do I get this done???

Though the watch itself is very pretty, it is too large for my wrist, which I usually wear 7 1/4 bracelets. Even after my jeweler took some of the links out, it was still too large. It is beautiful and I kept it anyway.

After just one week a crystal stone fell out.

The Royal Crown women’s watch is just beautiful. It glitters from all the gorgeous crystal around the watch face and on the band. It is a delicate looking watch, but it is well-crafted. It is sturdy. The band can be adjusted if you have a small wrist. I love the design of the band with the larger crystals. It has a solid clasp so it will not come off your wrist. It keeps time perfectly. I got this watch for my mother (Christmas gift) and she loves it. She prefers a larger watch face, but the design of this watch won her over. She loves how it sparkles in the light. It comes in a pretty red watch box (just pop in gift bag and it is ready to give as a gift). This is a lovely, quality watch.
