Arrived on time a lot fatter round the circumference then I expected so heavier than I wanted at the moment. I have to wait till my puppy is a bit older to use it but good quality

Bought for a husky x akita
Bought this for my husky x akita who lovesss to pull on the lead when out for walks. I’m not sure if it’s just my dog and her breed but this didn’t stop her from pulling. It definitely made it easier to control her when she’s pulling you along but that’s about it. It might be good for a smaller dog breed and one that’s maybe not as strong but for a bigger dog who has a lot of strength, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Not a lip collar
This is not a slip collar as advertised. The O ring is on the wrong side of the leather and so doesn’t work effectively.

Weird sizing
Ordered a 20”, bag says 20” but when I measure it, it’s 22”. I like the style etc. but it is way too large especially because we were on the cusp of sizes and ordered the larger one. Afraid to reorder as I don’t know if this was a packaging error or they run really big.

NOT a slip (or martingale) collar
I haven’t purchased a slip collar before but it was recommended to me by our dog trainer.I guess I didn’t look at this closely, because it wasn’t until I received and tried to use it that I found out it doesn’t mechanically work as a slip collar should: the O-ring prevents it from becoming tighter.Unfortunately have to return it and look for one that works properly.
