Pros:+ Working on two of my Samsung model TVs (QN65 & UN55 models)+ Extra buttons work on the smart TV version (QN65, UN55 is more basic)+ Doesn't affect both TVs in different rooms at the same time+ Didn't need to program it, just insert batteries and useCons:- Blocked by about a half-inch desk (more a con of the method used than the remote itself)More Details:The remote worked, so there's not much more I can say. I have multiple Samsung TVs, and after a while, the buttons for the one in my room started getting a bit sticky, like they were melting (my room gets blisteringly hot in the summer). This works out great for it. Granted, the one I need it for didn't have the extra buttons, so they don't work, but they do work on my smarter TV.It uses infrared, so make sure if you get this that you have a straight, uninterrupted shot to your TV from where you're sitting. If there's something blocking it, like a large item on a coffee table in front of you, it might not penetrate. It managed to go through my computer monitor, but not the 1/2" desk it was sitting on. Can't really call that a drawback, since that's just how infrared works. Just wanted to make sure anyone reading this knew about that before purchasing.

Got this as my other remote wasn't working anymore. This is an exact replacement and instantly worked with the tv after putting batteries in. Couldn't be a better product. Love it.

We lost our remote for our living room TV and its been a nightmare. We bought this over a similar item and a branded item due and we're quite pleased with our purchase. It tends to be a bit slow if you're not pointing at it but that's a very minor inconvenience for the large upside.

This remote control works perfectly on my QLED. Just like it says, you just add batteries and it works out of the box. It seems a bit more lightweight than my original remote, which I somehow lost. I've been having to use the Smart Things app in the meantime. This remote doesn't have voice function on it but I don't care because that function never worked great with my old remote either, and I have a Google nest display right under my tv anyway. It's a great remote at a great price!

Needed another backup remote. This is very light weight, amkes a lot of noise when turning up and down. Nothing fancy, no voice control.
