Arrived with DEAD battery
It arrived with a dead battery. Very hard to replace the CR2016 battery as it is spring loaded with no instructions on how to put the spring back in. Be prepared to spend an hour to figure out how to put tenson back into the spring. If you are not mechanic inclined this is not the key for you. I would have returned but I had already spent 30 dollars to get the key cut.

Doesn't start car

Remote Works, transponder chip doesn't , but to start the car 90 degree fold is required
This key fob is decently made, though I would prefer more durable plastic to better protect against falls, which is why I needed a replacement in the first place.I programmed remote easily, but I wasn't able to program the transponder chip, I tried many times.As result I just swap the transponder chip from original broken enclosure to this remote. Fortunately for me the original transponder chip wasn't damaged.Specifically designed for the Lexus ES330, the fob security chip must be in very close proximity to the ignition lock switch to start the engine. With this fob, you need to fold it after inserting it and before turning it to the engine start position to ensure it is as close as possible to the ignition lock switch.Doing this 1st time took me over an hour, while when you know what to do it takes under 10 min.This flip key fob is much more convenient to keep in a pocket compared to the OEM key.Additionally, it is a very affordable replacement option.

Sleek design!
I have just a standard laser cut LEXUS keys for my ES350 and man talk about an upgrade! These keys are so sleek and built SOLID. Feels very high quality and the flip key has alot of SNAP to it. Programing is easy enough just look it up online and follow the instructions. WORTH EVERY PENNY! 5 of 5 its a MUST BUY!!
