Q: Can you use with bantams or is it too tall? I have seramas so they are tiny and I am wondering if they can reach the port holes.

It is an acceptable height. I have all sorts of chicken sizes.

Q: Can it be used for ducks?

I don't see why it can't be used for ducks. They are messy and tend to mix water in their food. I'm not sure how that would affect the feeder. (Block the flow of food, etc.)
