This lightweight, portable massager is part of my self care bundle that I got as a gift to self, early postpartum. It helps me enhance my wellbeing and take care of my backache. This massager is my on-the-go choice. I got it to be able to take it along with me, as it’s lightweight and portable. I keep the massager in the trunk. What makes it easily transportable is the fact that it even comes with a zip-up bag. The package includes the massager, the charger, the zip-up bag and the instructions. The latter were easy to comprehend and follow. Massager was easy to use in several seconds, which I greatly appreciated as I was looking for immediate backache relief after a long day of parenting. This product is of excellent quality. My favorite feature is that the massager is divided into sections, and you can activate or deactivate the sections as you please. And the heating feature, while optional, is really intense, and there’s three levels to choose from. I tend to run cold, so I greatly appreciated that. It also fits my office chair like a glove, and is easy to take off of it. Overall, this product is a great on-the-go option for a quick back pain relief. Without causing any additional pain or discomfort, as it is so lightweight.

Works nicely and they will work with you I've had several Snailex for my recliner. I had one that switches were not working properly and eventually I convinced them of that and they sent a new one. It seems that the heating portion of these and all units goes out about 16 months....wiring must be very vulnerable to be sat and wallowed on. this new unit massages well, heats well AND a max runtime of 90 minutes......not those 20 minute or so wussys. this thing fills good. Changes I might make....the slip over elastic straps of course all to small to fit any contemporary recliner....and option to power and use in car. That warn gentle buzz on lower backish is quite sweet.

Great for a couch or chair and helps back issues with massage

LOVE these back massagers! Bought 3 for Christmas gifts. Then, decided I had to have one for myself. I had a little snafu which was entirely my fault. Snailax jumped in and helped me immediately. They are the best.

Massager works very well. I really like the ability to massage individual area or areas. It is a long pad which massages from shoulder/upper back area down to thighs. Eases some of the pain I experience constantly. I feel sure it will continue to help minimize the extent of my pain. The heat is an added benefit. I completely recommend this product as a valuable asset to the body. It is very well-built and should last for many years. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a photo of my thoroughly enjoying this massage unit.

Okay for the price. I paid $45. The heat is a nice setting. It only vibrates not really a massager. I hurt my back and thought it would be nice to have and be portable. I am short so the shoulder area doesn’t do anything for me. Might better sizing for taller people. It works better if I place a pillow behind me to sit upright. I use only 1 setting that seems to work best. I would paid attention to the wording while shopping. I’m keeping it since I used it. It does sort of help my sore back muscles. Does not provide relief. Not firm. I like the heat that’s why I gave it a 3.

This is a great massager. It does not have the hard balls that rotate, which is I did not want. Those hurt me and I don't like that form of massage. I love those one because it has multiple modes and heat and time settings. It comes for enough at the top to include your neck. Which alot of others do not. I have two and am about to order a third. I bought the first one for myself. But my husband, who has always opted for the ball massagers, decided he liked this one better. I rarely get to use it. Then I bought one for my son, who has a bad back, for Christmas this past year. Now I'm going to get one more for me. This,time no one is taking it away from me lol. This one's mine. I highly recommend this unit. The original is still going strong 4 years later and is used almost daily. Well worth the money for a unit that works great and lasts years with daily use.

The seat came promptly amd was easy to set up in the car so it stayed in place. I like the mulitple settings and found the massager perfect after a long day...soothing and hit all the right spots. I am fairly short (5 foot) so i turn of the upper back as it is above my shoulders but the other 3 massagers are perfect. I am really appreciating the heat - i start on high but once the car warms up the low is ideal. I also like the auto shut off feature with the option to keep it on for up to an hour. It would be nice if it remembered your last setting but it is very easy to program so not a big deal. Overall very happy with this product. Customer service re activating warranty has also been very responsive.

I love this gadget! I have had it for about a week and use it daily, several times a day. I sit in it and use one of the 6 settings, auto being my favorite, since it rotates through all the different modes. Feels great! Have it in my Ikea chair by my window and the straps are loose enough and stretch enough to wrap around the whole cushion, including the top strap that fits over the top of the chair. So nice to sit on as I read my Bible and just relax while I pray. The heat feature is also great and I especially like the 2 heat temperature settings. No complaints at all about this product, and it is great that the manufacturer offers a 2-year warranty, by just simply registering via email. Yes, I would definitely recommend this product. (Though I gave it 5 stars for pain relief, I am not really able to rate it's capacity in that regards, since I am not experiencing a great level of pain. Yet, if I were, I feel quite confident that it would be of great help.)

Good massage and heating pad. Very easy to use. Soft, comfortable material. You can choose between different massage modes or just use the "auto" feature, which runs through all modes alternatively. The heating feature is quite strong. I usually use it for a few minutes at one time. You can set up the timer at 15, 30 or 60 minutes. I use it a few times a day and it helps a lot, by alleviating pain and stiffness. We liked it so much that we bought a second one, so we do not have to keep switching it between rooms. You can use it on any chair or couch. It has a car adapter also, and my husband does not leave the house without it.

If you could could put zero stars I would. I purchased two of these and both of them quit working just after the return window closed.

The heat mode in the massage cushion model SL-262P is way better than any heating pad I’ve ever tried, I was actually using my microwave ones that have to be reheated every 10 minutes to get any relief from them. If you have arthritis you will love the heat this model produces, no more going back and forth to heat up pads or dealing with the 10 min shut off with my plug in. I loved that it was user ready, just unwrap, place and plug in and it was ready to go, which I really appreciated since I was in alot of pain and just looking to relieve it. It stayed in place nicely when I kicked back in the recliner too, I didn’t have to mess with adjusting it at all. It gives a nice gentle vibration, perfect for soothing a body that’s already in a world of hurt. I really like the rolling mode it feels like hands rubbing your back. After 15 minutes of the beautiful heat and trying out the different modes I did the rolling mode for another 15 minutes, I felt so much better when I got up to make supper. While I was working on some dishes I tried out the cordless neck and shoulder shiatsu model SL-632NC ( I sit to wash dishes) It loosed up my neck and shoulders and lessened the spasms and shocks I was having, and while I didn’t notice as much heat from it as the other model it did create some heat to help my arthritis, and it was a stronger massage then the cushion that I’d compare to a sports massage which is great to get the circulation going, and work out knots in your muscles, it also felt just like hands to me like the other one. After it worked on my neck for a few minutes I slide it down to my upper back, then lower back and alternated back to my neck while I was fixing supper, it made it much more pleasant then it usually is and I felt well enough to eat afterwards. I even used it on my leg to bring the circulation back a few times. I can’t wait to use both everyday throughout my day to help me feel better! I’m actually using it right now to relax me so I can try to go to sleep. I’m excited to check out more products I would definitely buy for family and friends. Highly recommend
