Purchased this item, straps are supposed to be able click into each to hold together when using it. This means there should be a male and female part to allow the straps to lock together. First time I bought this, straps had the same ends so unable to lock them into place. Got a replacement and got the same issue - the ends of the straps had the same part making them unable to click/lock in together. Very disappointed.

I set it up on the crossbar of my pull-up bar. After each use the straps were all twisted. Had too lift myself it the foot holders. Just never seemed like enough tension to conduct consistent pull ups. Wouldn’t get another one.

I recently purchased the Resistance Bands set from Amazon, and I must say, I am incredibly impressed with their quality and versatility.With 4 different resistance levels. these bands have become an essential part of my workout routine, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

This is a nice little set that comes with a little bag to keep everything contained it. All the pieces feel good quality and like they'll hold up well. The bands aren't overly stiff or brittle feeling. The metal pieces all feel sturdy and, though a little thin, I haven't felt like they won't hold. The ankle straps are really nice and feel great on the ankle - I have large ankles and because the velcro goes all the way around the strap, I had plenty of room to strap this on.Overall, this set feels sturdy and I'm happy with it!

It's really practical for helping you improve your push up strength.
