Advanced build
This is a great building set, it's a little complicated because of the small scale but it would be great for teens and adults. Definitely recommend and would make a great gift.

Who doesn't know The Leaning Tower of Pisa? This build is super easy, a 5 year old could probably do it. The build also happens to be fun and pretty accurate to the actual landmark, as far as bricks go. Perfect for kids or beginners.
