First and foremost, my partner and I are VERY clean and neat people. Clean the house on a weekly basis, make sure everything is in order, etc. We live in a rowhome as well (which is by far the worst thing imaginable when your neighbors are disgustingly filthy). With that being said, we have heard some scratches in the wall and identified a few mouse droppings in the basement near our HVAC system and concluded that the mice travel between rowhomes through the walls. We looked at a few products and came across this particular item that had great reviews and it was exactly what we were looking for.A couple days later when the packages(2) arrived, we placed one upstairs and one in the basement. Those are the 2 most common areas that we heard the scratches. Not even 24 hours later, the sonic noise from these emitters has drastically drew the attention of different bugs. Mainly houseflies, the massive dime size ones. In the past 24 hours, we have killed AT LEAST 40 houseflies in our home... We are going to unplug these emitters and return them immediately.
