I use these rings for cross stitch floss drops. I love them!

I decided to get a pack of these colorful 1 1/5 Inch Metallic Binder Rings to help me with my work.In the past, I have used slightly larger rings for various sets of pages that need to be grouped together for team activities. The problem is, it gets hard to track these bundles of pages in their protective sleeves (which all look the same when multiple teams, each with the same sorts of packets, are involved).The multiple colored rings allow me to batch one team the green packets, another team the red, and so on - so I can keep tabs on which ones go into which kits, and therefore who has returned items to me, and who has not, by the color.Even through these rings are a bit smaller than the ones I used previously, I like them a lot, and their size is more than adequate for me needs. Occasionally, one of the new rings will be a bit stiff upon opening it for the first time, but it always gets easier with use. The rings also stay closed very reliably, too; I never have had an incidence where the sleeved pages have all scattered about because a ring did not remain clasped.A good buy!

These binder rings feel sturdy. I like the colors and that they aren't really shiny or dull. They come with a plastic case that they all fit nicely into.
