I’ve used this brand of magensium spray and flakes for a good year or so. It’s brilliant!Absorbs so well and instant relief from muscle stiffness, nerve cramps etc and even my carpal tunnel and tennis elbow symptoms.However even for general anxiety, feeling under weather, water retention etc I use the bath saltsI’ve also rubbed this spray on my stomach when I’ve had abdominal cramps, indigestion and period pain! Some of the items doNot fit the blue skirt waist is too smallThe blue satin sleeping cap is far too small .
