Quality of rope used in the product should b better

It looks good on wall, must buy, but the quality of board is not as good as to be, i have bought in mar23 now the board has tilted its not stable in wall.

So filthy and dirty , sent an old dusty one , with the plates full of dust and the strings almost brown with dust. Product is good but next time have basic courtesy to clean and send a new and neat product not a filthy dirty one.

Firstly, the boards are not in the right order, as you can see in the picture. It looks pretty good, but not in good quality. Secondly, the string looks like it's really old and not so clean looking and it's not that strong. Overall it's not bad, butthe quality needs to be fixed.
