I've had this for months now, and it is so quick and easy to use. When I actually use it several times a week, it really does slow the growth and reduce the need for shaving. If I would use it faithfully, I probably wouldn't have to even shave weekly.It clearly says to start it on a lower setting for the first few times, and work your way up to a higher setting. I did this, and did not have any problem with it whatsoever.

Item worked well for 2 weeks and stopped flashing. Still turns on, but the bulb has blown. It was always treated with care and never dropped. With Amazon return window being so short, not much I can do about it. I have another brand that lasted for 10 years.

I used to go to the spa for laser hair removal but it kept coming back every couple years so I wanted to find something that I could use to maintain the results at home. This has worked well for me. Not painful at all and takes 5 mins. Worth it!

Wouldn't even stay on and yes I read directions and followed how to videos, but nothing worked. Then life happened and I missed the return window, now I am stuck with something that doesn't work

The product functions and flashes and heats up, but is not effective. There is zero difference after using this product.
