Useless piece of kit
This was truly awful in every respect. It claims to be for use up to 440 lbs but on its first (and only) outing I was hoisting an adult fallow doe. I connected it exactly as directed and on the first lift the hook it all hangs from straightened out and it all dropped. I reattached the rope over the tree branch to the upper pulley and re-lifted - one of the bars which holds the pulleys in place broke dropping it all again!! When i contacted the supplying company Riverside Outdoors they were excellent and without any quibble refunded the cost the same day so well done to them at least. Getting hold of the US makers/supplier (Allen) is not easy and I don't expect to get any replies so lesson learned i suppose.
