It's a derma roller. It helped with scarring and a bit with restimulating hair growth. Make sure to keep it sterile with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol!

This is pretty sharp, so make sure you are careful and don't use too much pressure. Look into microneedling before you do this on your own! Definitely makes skin a bit raw, but that is somewhat the point. Haven't really been able to tell whether it does anything. The tool itself seems good quality.

This is effective without being super painful or obvious after you apply the roller on your face. My skin was rejuvenated within 2 days!

I like the case it comes in, it feels good in your hand and it has a sleek design. Easy to disinfect and use again and again. 0.25 is also a pretty good starting point for those who are curious about derma rollers since you're not penetrating the skin too deeply (save that for professionals), but you are still notificing results and reinvigorating your skin. Definitely recommend.
