No real complaints!
Packaging was good, product was new...the delivery was one and a half day before estimated delivery date... the only really small complaint is that on the right leg of the ladder where the balancer/ steady rod/aluminium plank was to be fitted on with a screw and a nut the hole had a little bitty defect which is also nothing to complain about except as a customer expecting 110 product perfection and satisfaction.... the ladder is steady and sturdy... good busy ..but wish it was less costlier.
