BERKLEY Aphrodisiac

Not going to write a synopsis,as other reviews have that covered. Just going to say this is one of the best books I have read in a long time. It's fast paced, and really very witty which I didn't expect(never judge a book by its cover!!). It's almost like Nancy Drew grew up and became a sex therapist. Really good read.

I guess I'm in the minority here, as I didn't enjoy this book much at all. It's ponderously written, with a convoluted plotline that leaves gaping holes for the reader to fill. There weren't even any really good sex scenes, which, I admit freely, is why I bought the book in the first place.Saylor Oz is a likeable character, but I really think the author needs to hone her craft a bit before she can justifiably be compared to Janet Evanovich. In my opinion, it's not even close.
