Was hesitant to buy this since the price is too good and the reviews were mixed but it actually is so easy to use and works great! MAKE sure you read the instructions for set up tho because you’ll have problems if you don’t prime the water system (it’s super easy just read instructions) other than that 10/10!

Loved it...until it stopped making coffee.Shortly after purchasing, it would not brew coffee after refilling the water tank. I'd take the tank off, set it back, and it would work fine.About a month ago, the steam function stopped working. When I switch the dial to steam, water comes out where the coffee comes out, no steam through the wand.Today, I refilled the water tank and it did its usual glitch that started shortly after buying it....but today it absolutely refused to work. I tried everything. Unplugged, set the water, plugged back in, then turned on didn't work. Switching the dials to different settings...didn't work. Pouring the water out and refilling it didn't work. It makes noise like it's trying to work. I can see the water vibrating in the tank. No pressure, no steam, no coffee.Really disappointed this quit working so soon.

Update: Seller reached out to my return and refunded my purchase. I ordered another one because I really liked the size and convenience of the unit. The new one worked really well, made great coffee quickly. Great customer service and nice unit.Was so excited to set up my coffee station, but right out of the box this leaked and would not produce any coffee although it managed a little steam. We primed the pump and tried all the crazy instructions, but nothing worked. Returning. I like the size, although not really sure if the angle of the spout where the coffee comes out allows for two separate cups … one would have been fine for me. Disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for the design and psi. I attached a video purely for example purposes to answer some of the questions. The coffee quality comes out great and it’s pretty quick to heat up. My only complaint is that the steamer spout is a little awkward. You either have to put the machine today’s the edge of the counter, or you have to use a really short container and lift the machine up to get the nozzle in the container. Otherwise, the machine works great and I love it!

I manage a pretty high volume bar and restaurant and decided to buy this machine about 7 or 8 months ago to make espresso martins. We sell AT LEAST 30 espresso martinis a night and this little guy is still going just as strong as ever. We have since lost the cover for the water tank but that’s the machine’s fault, that’s because I manage a bunch of irresponsible children 🙃 We have since started using this machine in all of our locations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The coffee doesn't come out strong and cold

The best thing I have bought in a long time ! Works perfect every single time ! I would recommend this for sure. ! The price is awesome for as well as this works ! Get one now, you'll see..........

Thought at first machine was good. Steamer a little awkward. Was working fine. Now makes espresso but will no longer steam or froth milk. When knob is turned to steam it keeps trying to make espresso. Pretty expensive for short amount of use
