These are great elbow supports. The small/medium is not so small.Fits a 5'10' average muscular build man. Helps keep his elbows safe and supported during wiight training at the gym.Could not seem to find these anywhere locally. Amazon comes through again.Might have been nice if there were a color choice. Tan perhaps?Or bright colors for men or women who like their accessories to match their gym outfits.You know these people ! The small size feels like a tourniquet, but the large size is too big. The sizing issue aside, the sleeve seemed to be well made.

S/M is way too small. X/XL is way too big. Please make something I between.

Absolutely worthless when it doesn't fit. Beware of sizing because S/M apparently really means it will only fit a kid. I measured my arms twice to be sure I was getting the right brace. Didn't help because I have grown-up arms.

Needed an elbow support and hoped this wold fit the bill. Only complaint I have is that there isn't enough information on the sizing and what measurements should be used.

I purchased these and have used one past 3 days now. The 2nd is a spare b/c the price was right!!!It has relieved the pain and soreness in my forearm & elbow.
