Iron with a wet towel
I read through hundreds of reviews and was hesitant in buying because of so many stating the rug was so wrinkled and would not lay flat.l they ended up returning it. Then I came across one that said she used a damp towel with an iron. Other stated their rug was perfectly fine. I hoped and prayed mine would come rolled correctly and would instantly lay flat. Big fat NOPE. Mine was just as lumpy and bumpy as everyone else’s. Because there is no rubber backing, there is no weight to hold the rug flat right after unrolling. I googled and watched a few YouTube videos and felt confident enough to try the damp towel and iron with steam. I learned quickly that my towel needed to be more than damp. Wet but rung out worked best. It was a long and boring process but my rug now lays perfectly flat, even the corners. I did the whole process on my tile floor so I wouldn’t damage my laminate flooring. Anyway, use a white towel, an iron with steam capability, and turn on a show as background noise to keep you occupied. My rug was just a runner so not sure if this would work easily with a large area rug. I knocked off one star because there has to be a way for the company to roll these rugs better and not ship them just in plastic packaging. The rug needs to be rolled tight, sealed with plastic then put in a long narrow box to protect it from being flattened during transportation.

Everyone Doubted My Sanity
I got this product back I'm July for Prime Day. This is a blatantly white rug. I have a three-year-old. I have a husband. He hikes as a hobby. I suck at enforcing no shoes in the house. I forget. My best friend has a two-year-old. They are at my house twice a week, minimum. This is the first time I've shampooing the whole thing in the entire time I've owned it. I forget to vacuum frequently. It's probably been vacuumed five to seven times. The pictures are after I've only shampooed half the rug. There's barely a difference, here. You can definitely see some spots in the highest trafficked areas, but this rugs cleaning has been largely neglected for three and a half months. We eat on the couch. My daughter's bright green kinetic sand is in the living room. My husband's Navy boots walk across that rug.I don't know what kind of enchantment they put on this rug, but this does not look like three months of cleaning-neglected white rug. My husband spilled black COFFEE on this rug. He shampooed it up immediately, and I couldn't even tell you where it happened. I wasn't home.If this company went into children's clothing, bedsheets, couches, I would literally not shop anywhere else for fabric of any kind. If they made skincare they'd put the tattoo industry out of business. Every tattoo would be temporary. I knew I was taking a risk getting this rug, hence the Prime Day purchase. Everyone thought I was absolutely stupid getting this rug. I thought I was pretty stupid going for it.I have NO REGRETS. And, assuming I remember in a year, I will update. But, as it stands, almost a quarter of a year and minimal cleaning later, I reiterate. No. Regrets.

Pink Is Very Pale, Pattern Almost Imperceptible
Skip to the *** below for the product review itself. After UPS had this rug on the delivery truck and “out for delivery” one early morning at 4am, for some reason, either it sprouted legs and ran away of its own accord, or they decided not to bring it to me after all, but to send it wandering around California for a few days (it visited four cities...or was there fifth on the way out?...before it actually got out of the state and began to make its way back to my state). After the many delays, I got the tracking number and called UPS myself. The Amazon rep who I called first was great, and he did what he was empowered to do, even making a follow-up call to me days later on the newest expected delivery date, but they could’ve empowered him to do what I did instead, but he was as helpful as he could be...he was even the one to suggest where the confusion may have happened, (someone kept confusing the city name with being the recipient‘s name (even though my name was already there as the recipient name, no need to make 2 recipients out of a recipient AND a destination city, but they did, and I might add that my city name is not a human name, so there would be absolutely no reason to confuse it as being a human), which would be several someones who don’t know the difference between the line where you write the name of the recipient, and the line (which would be 2 lines down from the recipient’s name, after the line with the street name/number and the house number) with the city, state and ZIP Code, several someones that don’t know that in the United States, the East Coast ZIP Codes start with a 0, and they progressively go up to starting with a 9 as you move across the country, so there’s no way my ZIP Code could ever be in California, (they also don’t appear to know state abbreviations, either, which would also have made it obvious that California was not its destination) and it took at least 6 people to make that same mistake, one to choose not to deliver it after all, maybe also being the one to remove it from the delivery truck, one to choose to send it to California, four or five to keep passing it around California, that’s at least 6, until it was finally sent back out of California—only after my phone call to UPS.I say this to warn people that if you are choosing a delivery option for your own mailings, you may want to choose someone besides UPS, perhaps FedEx or even USPS priority mail, and insure it, it’s usually affordable to do that, maybe see if they train people in the basics of delivery addresses) and I give the Amazon rep 10 stars for maintaining a great sense of humor and a willingness to do whatever he could to assist me... It was his willingness to give it some critical thinking and even employ some deductive reasoning skills that prevented this rug from becoming lost entirely, doomed to wander California forever.I applaud his insight and his knowledge of regional issues and his NOT being a useless robot-minded human who is as unintelligent as “artificial intelligence”, (thusly named because all the “intelligence” is artificial and not actual) who just punches the proverbial clock and doesn’t care whether issues get resolved or not. He gets extra points for thinking and being a real and useful, helpful human. Pretty rare these days. So, I got the tracking number and called UPS, and told them to please capture and send my runaway/misdirected rug back to my state, and bring it all the way to my home, which is not in California. Naturally, after it arrived, being late-upon-late, one can easily see that I really wanted to like the rug. I wanted it to be worth waiting for. And yes, I realize this aspect has absolutely nothing to do with Amazon itself (other than the insight of a great customer service rep to help isolate AND resolve the issue AND perhaps even prevent future issues, that’s a man doing his job well), nor does this have anything to do with the seller, manufacturer, or the quality of this rug.It is only to demonstrate that I had every reason to really want to like this rug, and give it a good home.***Actual Review:This is your average durable, thin, indoor/outdoor style cheap...inexpensive...I’ll repeat, thin...rug, and if you just want to cover an area, and you just want it to be functional in covering the floor and being easy to clean, it will do that. If you want it to look like the picture, it won’t. The picture showed much more color, and some variation in tonal ranges of pink. This is a very washed-out pink, so washed-out that it’s hard to see the cream-colored pattern at all. There’s no tonal range that I can see, nothing but a monotone pale pink, which is the same intensity as the cream. If that’s what you’re going for, you’ll be very pleased, but if you wanted a pink you can see—with or without some tonal ranges, keep looking.

Great area rug
Purchased April 2021 | Reviewed November 2022I am very impressed by this rug. I use this for an Airbnb that allows up to 7 people (all ages plus pets) and so far it has held up. I did have to spot treat one area for a spill, but other than that a good vacuum has kept it nice. I was worried it would get ruined quickly because of the light color, but it’s fine. I’ve noticed some light discoloration from high trafficked areas (right in front of the couch) but nothing immediately noticeable and should be easy to clean when I do a deep clean of the place after high season.

Great Overall Product and Experience!
First of all, I would like to say that this rug is sold on Amazon, Rugs.ca, and Wayfair. Each site lists it under a different style name which makes it hard to do a comparison. I had invested MANY hours rug hunting before I found it on all three sites and I'm so glad I did. At almost $500 on Rugs and $360 on Wayfair, this was a steal on Amazon for $220-something! And what I learned from my hours of shopping is that this is the case with many of these "fun" rugs.I know the review is for the product, but if you're like me, you may be looking at all the competitors so I'm sharing my Amazon experience (not factored into my rating because that's stupid). This shipped from far away, and took a little longer to actually get shipped (why do you do that Amazon???), so it took two weeks(of pure agony) to get here. Not acceptable in my mind, but obviously I accepted it so...What I like about amazon over the others is that the rug was packaged with FAR more care. It was rolled tightly but not too tightly. The ends were capped in cardboard. The plastic was thick enough to withstand abuse and although mine was a bit torn, the rug was fine thanks for the cardboard. What rugs.ca and wayfair do with the same size (8x10) is they roll it tightly on itself (no inner support cardboard) and then FOLD IT IN HALF and bag it very tightly (what?!?!?!).This rug fell flat with light waves instantly, and after a day they are mostly gone. This is a huge deal if you've never bought rugs online, you'll never truly appreciate this. The rug iself.Color - I got the pink. I love the color but it is not as pictured. The one online is more of a deeper coral pink, mine is more of a baby pink with blue undertones. Still love it. It's for two girls' playroom so it's perfect.Design - MUCH more pronounced in photos than to the naked eye. You could mistake this for a solid rug on first glance. Even in bright light.Softness - not really. It's almost a bit crunchy, but again, playroom floor. It's good on the feet they have no aversions to lying down on it. I think it will soften up with some vacuuming.Thickness - SUPER thin. Once the edges fully relax, there will be no issue opening and closing the door over it. It already isn't a real problem. I am waiting for my underpad to arrive.I have this on tile and there is little to no added cushioning by having the rug alone. I knew this going in, and that's what I wanted because of the door and I want my kids to be able to draw on the floor or play blocks and cars without stability issues.Durability - I have several similar rugs by nuloom. They are all holding up after 3+ years of dogs and kids. They're a cheap rug. They don't look or feel luxurious, but they keep looking like new for a long time. Because of the synthetic material, (knock on wood) anything we've spilled, comes right out. Withstands aggressive use of Zep pet stain remover as well as daily vacuuming and regular use of the bissell Pet Pro carpet cleaner. It does flatten with age but I've only noticed it on the highest traffic spots and a cleaning tends to perk it up quite a bit.Quality - quality control is a bit lax as per my last two photos. I don't care and wasn't expecting a fine hand loomed work of art... but just an FYI. The edges are not straight so it isn't a perfect rectangle. It's not perfectly 8x10. And the fibers around the perimeter are not full, almost like there are some holes. It doesn't look great but it's not noticeable when it's placed in the room. I'm sure this is just a defect in mine but not remotely worth thinking about returning... and amazon will probably just toss it in the trash :(Overall, I am pleased with this rug and the overall quality of Nuloom rugs in general. I would highly recommend. I wish there was a little more contrast so I could see the design better but I wouldn't pick another one if I had the choice.Biggest piece of advice, if you're looking elsewhere, come back and check here! Use broader search terms like "Moroccan" or "multicolor" "geometric" "8x10"... etc. if you can't find what you're looking for. it will not be called even remotely the same thing across sites.

DO NOT BUY THIS RUG
Do not waste your money on this garbage quality rug! I purchased this in 8x10 on sale for about $180, and the fact that it regularly prices around $300+ is disgusting on part of the sellers and is seriously taking advantage of buyers when considering the quality of the rug. Don’t be fooled, this is a $50 rug.The quality is similar to cardboard with the backing. It can actually fold into hard peaks and wrinkle in the middle like a piece of paper. I had moved it to another room while painting and after finishing painting I discovered the rug is completely unusable now. It’s incredibly thin, and within less than one month of use in our living room, which sees heavy traffic (like most peoples living rooms), it was completely flattened and matted in any path areas. All I ever did to clean it was vacuum. Never needed to spot clean as there were no spills. Yet within 6 months of use, the backing started crumbling off the rug and left powder and crumbled residue all over my floor. Not great when you have a baby crawling around the house.I love the print on this rug, but it’s very common so I’ll be purchasing a higher quality version of this print elsewhere.Mine also arrived with several white, bleached out looking stains in the middle of the carpet. I really loved the pattern though and my coffee table mostly hid the stains so I decided to keep it and not go through the hassle of trying to return it, but that was obviously a mistake.Do NOT waste your money on this. Yes, it’s a beautiful print, but trust me you can buy it somewhere else and not be throwing it in the garbage less than a year later like I am now.I completely regret this purchase and it was NOT worth the $180 I paid, let alone the $300 or more they regularly charge. This company needs to be held accountable for the quality and pricing they’re using.

Fantastic value
I have been hunting for a rug for a good few months and I knew this was the one, I probably would have passed it over had it not been for the reviews as it is so cheap but this rug is fantastic value for money, we sell rugs where I work and this would cost twice as much there...if you like it buy it, you won't regret it

Looks nice but won’t lay flat
Design is nice and for price, & so is the size - but I’m afraid the quality isn’t great. It will not lay flat and ‘iron out’ it’s ripples from being rolled. I’ve had it about a year, and while most ripples did eventually settle (but I have had it a year or more!), there’s still a few. If you need to clean areas, moisture gives it more ripples again, which then take forever to settle - if they even do! If this doesn’t bother you then fine, it’ll be a good buy, if it does bother you, then take heed.
