The quality and finish was great. I was very pleased that I'd order some for Birthdays and Christmas. I had to adhere to the time when ordering to be sure that the item had arrived in time for special occasions. The only thing is, the advertising shipping was very different when checking out.

It’s a nice water bottle my only complaint was I wish they would have explained better the pictures would be printed over an all black water bottle if you pick black. Our pictures were supper dark due to not understanding how the printing work we thought the black was printed on as well. I would suggest doing white only due to this.

Came damaged and scratched, the straws were either too short or too long and did not fit the cups anyways. Came in way later than it should have because it was shipped out too late.They don't accept returns.

I bought this water bottle for my dad so that he could tell his water bottle apart from others. He absolutely loved the pictures I chose for him.

This bottle is TINY and not even close to 32oz. All the pictures came out distorted as it looks as if they were putting it on something too small. This was a father's day gift and is unusable snd seemed like a joke vs an actual gift. Nobody is responding either. It’s so small not even my 8yr old will use it.
