I have been buying fountain pens for a few years now. I am a writer who still hand writes their bulk of their material and that's a lot. I sometimes write up to 50 or so pages in a day so I know fountain pens. I was blown away by this pen. It's heavy enough that you know it's quality. I love the neat look of the extra fine nib. The ink flows perfectly without blotting or having to restart the flow. It writes so smoothly. Honestly, it makes me want to write more . The price is a steal. This is quality and value. Glad to have purchased. Will be looking for more from this company.

A lovely pen. Cursive writing is so much more enjoyable. The prefilled ink cartridge locks in easily. The ink flows smoothly. A luxury item for oneself.

The pen was great, great weight to it and the medium tip wrote great. Only down side and couldn't give that last star, I hadn't even had it maybe 3 weeks and the screw on top that encloses the ink cartridge broke and no longer tightens and when taking the pen cap off it pulls the whole bottom of the pen with it.

I have a couple of other Wordsworth and Black fountain pens that I am happy with, so I thought I would give this one a try. I ordered this one in EF and it writes beautifully! I will ask for the same in black for Christmas so that I have a blue and black pen and don't have to change cartridges. For less than $25, this is a great value!!! It feels great in my hand and writes clear and smooth with no skips from just the first few strokes after putting in the blue ink cartridge. The ink cartridges included as a little thinner than the barrel, so they are easy to insert and you can hear (and feel) the click when it seats correctly. It took some pressure to insert the cartridge, but not an unusual amount. The description and one photo are inaccurate. The description says it comes with 5 ink cartridges. One photo shows the whole package and says 3 ink cartridges and points to the box of ink cartridges. Look closer at the photo and the box clearly says on it "2 PCS" - 2 cartridges. You do indeed receive the box as shown with only 2 ink cartridges. Mine came with one black and one blue cartridge. I ordered a larger box of ink cartridges in the past from Wordsworth and Black, so not a big deal for me, but it does only come with 2. My 5 stars is based on the review of the pen, not the wrong number of ink cartridges sent.

This pen writes nicely and feels good in my hand but the line it puts down is closer to what I get with my medium nib pens than what I would expect from an extra fine nib.

I think I have spent in total $100 in looking for the best fountain pen worth my money. I was just about ready to settle for cheap disposable pens when by happenstance I saw this pen trending on reddit. I was skeptical, but I tried it anyways. The pen worked straight away. No need to dip in water nor water seal the end cap. The ink capsules appear to be among the Pentel style. The pen looks nice and sounds too. The only thing I could think of that would make this pen better if it came with a solid grip or it had a better textured grip. For the money, its well worth for artists and Caligraphers alike.

Beautiful pen that eliminates any frustration w/ using a fountain pen. My experience is limited w/ these pens but I do love to write & this pen makes writing such a joy: very smooth writing and I’m so glad I bought it. The price point was spot on- in fact inexpensive for a fine pen!

This is a very nice pen. Solid. It is a lovely style and has a nice feel. I load my own ink into the pens. The converter included works perfectly. The ink flows nicely out of the nib on all kinds of papers. I'v ordered two of these pens from Amazon. Unfortunately the nib size I ordered for the first one was incorrect. I did not request a replacement - it was my first fountain pen, so I was open to trying it. I do like the extra fine nib for writing and for working with my watercolors. This situation of not getting the correct nib size brought to my attention that I cannot change the nib on these pens. In the future, I will check to make sure I purchase only pens I can replace/change the nib. (This is why I gave a 4 star rating. I wish it has been stated in the description nibs could not be changed/replaced.) I've used a couple of inks in these pens (non-water proof and water proof); both inks work well in the pens. I would recommend this pen for an introduction into using a fountain pen. However, double check the nib size when you receive it.

Estoy contento con la compra, han pasado muchos meses y sigue escribiendo muy bien. Tiene muy buen tacto, al cogerla la sensación es buenas, tanto por los materiales como por su peso. CALIDAD PRECIO PERFECTA!

Achetés suite à la perte de mon vieil artpen pour dessiner à l'encre hors domicile. Je. 'ai essayé que le ''F''. Bon contact avec le papier, la plume est rapide même sur un papier ordinaire. Bon achat, mais attention les diamètres des réservoirs sont au standard chinois.
