The product is unuseable and cannot be repaired
Dear AmazonWe write to you regarding this product and although we had agreed to take arefund and hoped that this would solve the problem, but unfortunately afterseveral visits (7) the fault cannot be repaired and we are now left with aproduct that produces water as well as keeping the bottles cool, wecontacted Polar Service team who after a further three contacts put us intouch with a local company who came out several times as previously said andstill the fault prevails.We are a small Bowling Club that can ill afford to have to waste any moneyand are asking before we proceed down any legal route to try and resolvethis matter by reverting to an exchange.I personally have dealt with Amazon on numerous occasions and hope that youare able to help resolve this matter.Kind regardsStanley Delbridge
