I was a little nervous buying an expensive watch online, but the watch itself is in perfect, new condition. The leather band had a couple of marks where it had been resized at some point (they generally don't let you resize these watches in the store before you buy them because of this), but was otherwise also perfect.When I went to register the watch on the Tag website, the serial number initially came up as "not found". I contacted the seller (Paula) and received an immediate response. Within an hour or so the problem had been resolved and I received an email from Tag showing the watch as registered for their extended warranty. I was very impressed with the level of service and follow-up from the seller.Overall, I am very happy with the product and the service, and I would buy from them again.
