The material is much softer than the original. Although the color is very close, it is a bit brighter than the original and not quite the match: depending on the lighting you will notice more. i give it a minus one star because of the color being off, but over all the built is good.

Bought for my 15 yr old Ram 1500. Reviews complained of wrong color so I checked the color on my original window sticker in my file from when I bought the truck new....(could be found other ways if not 1 owner). I presumed I had a Grey/Charcoal interior and was ready to order the light grey, turns out I have Taupe (Grey with a light brown mixed in) and ordered Taupe and crossed my fingers.The delivery was quick/free (2 day Prime), the color/design/fabric is identical to my cracked original and 4 screws and it was on and AWESOME! *I did need an Impact Screwdriver to free a few screws (without a hammer) since WD40 would stink/stain the fabric.I wasn't excited to pay the price but honestly the part is a discontined part (both OEM or Aftermarket) and well worth the price!!!!!

Much better than my old dirty cracked one but had to take off two stars because although it does fit pretty well, the attachment hook/apparatus sits a little lower than the original. This allows it to slightly rock back and forth if you rest your arm on it similar to a table with uneven legs. Kind of annoying and shows a slight gap depending on which side is tilted up.

Awesome item. The delivery took some extra days due to the national artic snow storm, but the item was perfect.
