The hot dog bread came inside an air vacuumed bag, I was impressed with that! In my opinion the quality of the bread is pretty good. I bought it for my teenage son and he said the taste was good like a normal rice bread he’s used to eat because of his gluten free diet. I like the fact that you can keep it in the refrigerator if you want to. And when ready to eat it you can microwave it and becomes softer.
