Very solid design
This has allowed me to tie off to roofs for that added security. No more roof clamps and 2x4s! Helps to have a partner to help on the steeper roofs. It never moved or even squeaked, and was very easy to install and remove

Very heavy duty standing seem safety anchor
Have yet to use it, but I have a big metal roofing project coming up and will test it out there. Based on construction quality and welds looks like a very solid safety device. Make sure to inspect the rubber grommets as they tend to come loose over time. Says its rated up to 310 lbs which should be more than enough.

Heavy thick quality metal
Make sure you install it in the structure of the roof to have it prevent falls for any roofing work. We had it installed as we will be starting work on our roof and will also need when we have our windows washed. The quality of the metal is quite heavy and feels sturdy. I will be installing additional ones because of the large space on the roof.

Nice item
This is made sturdy and it feels secure. I am unsure about the longevity of the adhesive, but only time will tell with that. It is heavy duty and feels like it will last a while otherwise.
