Cats
Cats don’t like it being fired at them, so works as a deterrent when they doing something not meant.Balls are soft I fired at people to make sure wouldn’t hurt if hit a cat. Doesn’t hurt human or cat

Cats are easily entertained lol
The toy gun is quite cheap, a ‘get what you pay for’ situation, but it works. We had to leave one ball in the gun to make it fire another one and the cats were pretty underwhelmed by it. However, the bag of soft balls is a huge hit! We leave most of the balls in the bag because the cats like to crinkle it and take balls out - it’s a new game for them. The older cats even use them. A couple of them like to walk around the house with one in their mouth, shouting (muffled shouting) about the fact that they caught one. Three stars is for the toy gun because it works but is cheap but the soft balls get five stars. We have ten very entertained felines and it’s entertaining for us to watch them!

Cat hates it
Cat looks at me like I'm trying to kill her. She's very scared of it and isn't at all even interested in playing with the balls. Waste of money

Ok but big concern
Ok ao it works and the cat likes it. But these balls are a problem. The are very small and are a swallow or choke hazard.

So many balls!
This set comes with so many little fluffy balls! The balls are really soft and lightweight so don’t hurt when they are fired at you.The little shooter is easy to set up, you just pop one of the balls in, pull back the plastic bit at the back to load in and then press the trigger which releases the spring to fire the ball out. The trick it to make sure you don’t push the ball too far in or it will struggle to come out.The balls can fly across the room pretty fast and the little kittens loved chasing after them! Just get ready to have loads of balls scattered all around the house!

My cats are scared of the noise the launcher makes!
I thought this would be great fun... But, no. My cats are scared of the noise the launcher makes! It claims to be silent, but it's not - there's quite a loud click. My cats are indoor only, so they're probably a little less used to unexpected noises than most cats. They absolutely love the little plush balls though (they've already "lost" 4 of them because they've been chasing them all over the house).
