This mailer was exactly like my other mailers, only silver. It contained no other insulating properties.

Chocolate didn't melt!
These things are great! I sent a bunch of chocolates from Niagara Falls, NY to El Paso, TX and my items didn't melt! Tried to send chocolate previously without this product and it was a disaster....chocolate was globs of melted mess. Make sure you pay attention to the correct size you need. I didn't but it all worked out perfectly.
