I was very pleased with the seller. I made a mistake with the size when ordering this item and they provided me with a return label with no problems. I sent the wrong one back and received a refund. The correct-sized blind is now in place and looks great.

Arrived damaged and unusable
So frustrating to find that the aluminium is damaged. Puts one off ordering online.All three blinds are severely damaged and unusable.
