Such a helpful book and an easy read
This book was so helpful in helping me understand illness/health anxiety and really empowering. I am on a journey to recovery from IAD and this book is a good reference for me in that journey. The book is written in plain language, so not technical, which makes it easy to read. Also, the author has struggled with IAD himself which makes him relatable and it comes through in the words on the pages. Unlike some other books written by therapists who haven’t had that personal struggle. The book is also very short which was surprising but made it a quick read and all the relevant topics were covered!
