Reccommending
Really good. I practicing a lot during COVID-19. I was able to implement various submission from Mount, Closed Guard and Side Control. It is very practical and usedul, good addition for BJJ training. You can focus on some details what you missing in real training.

Hard to fill
I love this dummy but man o man we’re the legs hard to fill. You feel a sense of accomplishment once you put that last shirt in there. Otherwise at Product!

Does not last.
I purchased this dummy two years ago and mostly used it during times I was off the mat for injury, and of course during the pandemic when my BJJ school was not open for training. I am not excessively rough with it and have gotten many good sessions out of it. However I will say this thing is simply not made to last, and for something that I'm paying over a hundred bucks for, I'm disappointed it fell apart as quickly as it did.The biggest issue is the stitching, especially on the arms. Essentially all that connects the arms is a flap of leather one inch wide by four or five long. If this was super well stitched and reinforced maybe that system could work. But it isn't. It popped off during a normal armbar drill from mount - which is one of the main things grapplers are going to be practicing on a static dummy - and there is no easy way to reattach it. I am not taking this thing to a professional to get it fixed. Even without that issue, there are big holes in the groin where the stitching has also come out.Bottom line, this thing should have been made to lost longer for the price.

Solid Product
Hands and feet really help with submission moves. Well made with solid stitching. Tough to fill but well worth it.

Design flaw
The arms are attached by tiny little flimsy plastic straps. I can't envision any scenio in which this dummy could withstand regular use in a gym. I have used this occasionally to practice jiujitsu leg attacks. It's really hard to effectively fill. If it weren't for the arms, I would have given this 3 or 4 stars.

Not too shabby (added more at the end 6/2/20)
I will write another review once filled. I am filling now.Fill the hands and feet with bubble wrap or stuffing from your kid's stuffed animals. The body and head you can do with old clothes. They should make the lower legs with the same zipper and velcro system because it is slightly difficult to pack past the knee area. What you can do is use PVC pipe down the leg and fill with plastic bb pellets or wood pellets until you get to the knee. Then it's smooth sailing from there. The hardest part to fill by far is the bottom of the legs. It is a bitch to get passed the knee area.I Saw complaints about the arms ...consider taking it to a tailer if you don't like that set up to add stitching.I will be back to review durability.6/2/20I can say I think for my purposed of retaining muscle memory, this will do the job. The 2 things that I don't like is that the back of the calf area doesn't have the same zipper and velcro opening to fill properly. I think that the maker should consider adding those and also 2 more straps on either side of the shoulder area (front and back) I don't see that little piece lasting that long. I will take this to a tailer to fix that problem. And last if you want to make it heavier I am going to fill the head and legs with some rice bags to fill empty space to get more of a workout. The dummy is mainly filled with clothes. If I guessed the weight, I would say it is around 35 pounds. It can even have use for squat drills. For now, this will remain a three-star review.

Will Likely Take Up Space
This ships empty, so have some stuffing when it arrives. It is great for solo drills but for most people I recommend getting a BJJ partner. This usually sits in a corner unless working on more stress moves such as armbars.

The arms flop around and the velcro is rough on skin and clothing
So yes I have found it adequate to practice with, But the one issue I'm running into the most is the Velcro that hold the arms to the sides. It may sound like a small thing, but when I tried putting a piece of clothing on the dummy it tends to grab it. And it grabs at my rash guard and Gi if I don't have them(velcro) covered. It is also quite abrasive on my arms and bare skin. The arms are only connected by about a 1" wide strap of leather which makes them able to flop around if they're not velcroed directly to the sides of the body, and I am very skeptical how long it will take before they start to rip at the stitching. I'm also not a big fan of the way the legs are bent, I think in the future my next dummy will have solid straight legs and arms.
