The product feels sturdy and very stable. It functions perfectly. I’m finding that it helps with overall aches and pain. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and I already intuitively anticipate that using it will ease my muscle aches. It’s like an all-body massage via the vibration. It helps with mobility and increase my energy for more movement. The remote control is very useful, as it makes it easy to operate the vibration plate without reaching down to floor level.

The steadiness and quality of this vibration plate is fantastic. It definitely has a lot of power to it. Easy to use. I love how it suction cups to like any hard surface to help it. Stay in place while it’s vibrating. The remote definitely helps a lot so that you’re not having to bend down to turn it off

This seems to work well. I haven’t noticed any changes, but I probably haven’t used it long enough. The one thing I don’t like is that it does not feel study. It wobbles and it makes a tremendous amount of noise. I’ve tried it on a flat floor and put a mat underneath and I get the same results. I don’t know there is a way to adjust it but I just hope it doesn’t get any worse

I did a fair amount of research before landing on this product, and am glad I did! Still figuring out all the settings and controls, but so far it’s been working perfectly. A great price point for a well-made, sturdy product. It’s lightweight and quiet. I also love the peace of mind that comes with a two year warranty! Arrived way quicker than expected too, which is always a plus.

I live this, it’s relaxing, muscle and knee pain goes away after use. Has a lot of positives, circulation, cellulite, blood flow, all kinds of stimulation.

I would go to the gym to use their vibrate plate and this has made it so convenient and easy to get my vibrate session on! Very easy to use and navigate instructions. It sturdy and seems like a well made plate. I’m really glad I got it and it’s getting used several times a week!

Received this week so it’s hard to see any benefits yet. I do feel more relaxed, loosened muscles immediately after use. Main goal is lymphatic drainage and post workout recovery. It’s fun to use in the morning to wake me up! Remote is necessary. Fair price. I’ll update this review after a month or so.
