Fixes my nighttime dry mouth problem when my jaw would drop open when sleeping on my back. I have been using a cervical collar to do the same thing, but the collar would make my neck sore quite often. This chin strap only supports my jaw which is what I want, and it doesn't make my neck sore at all. I am going to order two more to see if they will work as knee pillows for sleeping on my side as well. I can't use regular knee pillows as they are too big and go well beyond the knee and that causes cramping problems in my calves for some unknow reason, they just do.

Too wide under chin for women
This is just what I was looking for but it is too wide under the chin. Did not like the head gear for mouth breathers so I bought this item. I wish it was sold in a smaller size.

Doesn’t fit comfortably. Too big for my neck unable to hold a natural position.

Awful fabric makes you itch
The idea is great and it would work if only you could tolerate it on your neck. The material is coarse and feels like a rough brush! Its horrible. It made me itch to the point of unbearable. I took it off. Too bad because the size is right and the shape is perfect otherwise.
