Literally the best feeling and best build cap gun I was able to find online! My 6 year old loves it and wont put it down! Good size, and sturdy just like i remember from when I was a little boy!

Feels like a real gun without the worry. A simple cap gun with weight to it allows my son to act out and play pretend his western outlaw fantasy without harming any Sheriffs! Really impressed with the gun quality. The holster is flimsy but that would be the only complaint. Orange tip cap indicates it is a toy.

The media could not be loaded. I’m assembling a custom version of a dice game that I love where you shoot different players. Instead of cardboard cutouts with pictures on them, I figured it would be fun to have cap guns and other little immersive elements.Overall I’m very pleased with the feel and quality of the gun for the price. I do wish the hammer was also metal and not plastic and the barrel wasn’t removable since it can sometimes open without depressing the lever causing it to fall off. YMMV.I’m hoping there’s a simple way to remove the grips because I’m also wanting to make some wood grips to replace the plastic. Because im a crazy person and i do stuff like that.

Such a well made, good looking, fun cowboy gun, had to order two more for my grand kids!

Bought this for my son's Halloween costume. The gun is off great quality and looks excellent. However, it did not come with the holster as advertised. And the whole reason I bought it was because it came with a holster. Now I have to find or make one before Halloween.

Great gun but beware Amazon may suggest the 8 ring caps which do not fit in this gun! I wasn't paying close attention and clicked to buy the gun and suggested caps, now I have a package of 8 ring caps that don't fit.This gun is lovely! Looks and feels real! Just be sure to buy the 12 ring caps to match.

If you or someone you know is going to play with this gun, look for something else. The gun looks great at first. I was so happy it was made of die cast metal and not cheapo plastic. But then we actually used the gun.My son was excited to unwrap this gun at Christmas. He loved it, said it was his favorite gift ever. Right away the latch that held the gun from flipping open for loading started to fail. It just kept falling forward. He wasn’t being rough on it. Just pulling the trigger. Okay, we could deal with this little issue.But then the next day the hammer (which is plastic) broke. Just from shooting. Totally inoperable. This brought the tears. Very disappointing. I have ordered a new gun from a different company.

Nice heavy duty cap gun. Similar to how these guns used to be made to last, unlike most of today's cheaply made toys.We will see if it passes the test of time. Make sure you order the 12 ring caps.
