Rumble In The Jungle - Book and Finger Puppets Set

What an amazing set of puppets. I was brought as a gift for my little girl who is 22 months old. I honestly haven't seen such lovely little puppets, they're made really well and my little girl really loves them and plays with them all the time. If I was to be critical I would say that the book quality doesn't match the quality of the puppets, its quite a thin flimsy book and some of the verses about the animals aren't very good. It's not a deal breaker for me but I suspect I'll end up using the puppets not only for the book that it comes with but lots of other we have with jungle animals in. I'll definitely be buying from The Puppet Company again.

I was looking for a way for my toddler to interact in a fun way with his baby brother. I thought the finger puppets and book would be a positive toy for both. The puppets are good quality (and they should be for the price I think) and my two year old has really enjoyed using them. He hasn’t quite got the attention span to use them alongside the whole book yet but we’ll keep trying! He mainly bobs them in front of the baby and makes the noises. There are a couple of issues with the set however. Firstly, about 4 of the puppets are hard to get into your finger (you have to yank it on with the other hand) and one of them (the hippo) is almost impossible to get on due to the way the material has been stitched inside. The other issue is the set comes with every animal in the book except the leopard randomly. I did read this in the description, but assumed maybe it’s because the leopard only featured as a line in the book or something.. but it’s just as prominent as the others, so really strange they left that out! Some of the animals can be used for kids songs like the moneys for ‘5 little monkeys’ and the elephant for ‘Nelly the elephant’ etc. which I found quite useful as an extra way to use them.

Bought as a present for my grandson. Although he is too young at the moment it will be added to his collection of books. Finger puppets are cute and well made

My daughter loves animals so this was perfect for her

My daughter loves this book she is disabled only problem is she knows all the animals and match them to the page it did not come with a leopard so I've got to try and miss that page or she gets upset trying find the puppet I'm on a hunt for a finger puppet leopard lol

Puppets are excellent quality and the story is good fun.
