I never had a silent ceiling fan like this one before!
The media could not be loaded. First off, I will say that after assembly I’m really happy with how super quiet this fan is, even at full blast all you hear is the air it moving. Moved a great amount of air. Even at the lowest setting there’s a nice little breeze. So, for daily living, I’m very happy with it. Below are, the pros and cons that I see for this unit. I used this fan for a few weeks before writing my review, to be sure I tested it thoroughly.GOOD 👍🏻- Smooth quiet operation.- Love that it has 6 speed settings, most fans only have 3.- I was pleasantly surprised by the built in LED light, how dim and bright it gets as well as the 3 color temperature settings.- Wood blades are surprisingly light but seem sturdy.- Fan seems well balanced.- Happy with the overall quality of materials used throughout, from the ceiling mount, down tube, clips brackets, screws and other hardware.- Remote is overall well laid out and seems to have reasonable range. Like that it’s radio and not infra-red.- All mounting hardware is properly grounded, and the little control box slips where it needs to go with relative ease.- Overall wiring to the control box was very easy. Replacing a ceiling light, it was just ground and 2 wires.- Includes 3 different length down tubes.- Clever use of magnets for the finish around the down tube as well as the LED light assembly.- Really like the diffusion of the glass dome that goes over the light.- Was surprised I could use the smallest down tube on a 19-degree angle ceiling mount.- Not 100% sure about this, but according to the way the motor is wired and operate, I think this is a brush-less motor they used in there, which if they did will explain why it’s so quiet.NOT SO GOOD 👎🏻- Instructions could use some improvement and updating. Founds some curved plates to use to secure the fan blades (not mentioned in the instructions) to use instead of the included washers that are included and in the instructions. The curved plates seemed to be the better option. Instructions also don’t talk about using different down tubes. The instructions overall were decent though, but may just need some updating.- The fan forgets what it was doing if the wall switch is flipped off. Fan speed, light brightness and temperature all reset. When the wall switch is powered back on, the light will come on full bright with the medium color temp and the fan stays off. The light coming on however is nice since I can walk into a room flip the switch and have light. From there I will adjust the brightness, temp and turn the fan on if I want, with the remote. Most of the time I just leave the wall switch on and exclusively use the remote to manipulate the fan, so this isn’t a big issue for me.- Logo for the fan was mounted upside down on the surround for the light under the blades.Final thoughts:For the money I feel like it’s a pretty good deal. The fan is made of good hardware, well balanced and quiet. I didn’t expect to like the built-in light as much as I did. The fan not having a “memory” to resume what it was doing when the wall switch is flipped was surprising to me though. Maybe due to some new safety protocol fan manufacturer must follow now?... While the remote control does feel a bit cheap, it looks nice and does have a nice texture on it. It’s really not unpleasant to hold and seems to overall work well. I would have liked to see the 3 button “bar” of the light temp and dimmer section of the remote be individual buttons instead of 2 rubber bars, but honestly it works fine otherwise as it is.

Great fan at a good price!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this fan to have in the dining room because it's where I spend a lot of my time. It arrived in good condition.I have installed fans before so it was pretty easy. IF you have assembled things before and know basic household wiring, you should be fine. If you have never assembled anything, this may be difficult for you and you might hire somebody to install it.It's good to have a twist tie on hand to bundle the wires if you use the short drop rod.I have it on an 8 foot ceiling and the short rod is a good length.First of all, I like the way it looks--very solid and trim. The blades are real wood and a nice color. If I'm under the fan, I like the slow speed which makes a light breeze. If I'm in another part of the room, a higher speed is good. The highest speed moves a lot of air. It will blow papers off the table under the fan. You may get less air moving if you mount it on a high ceiling. It's quiet. I had to balance it some to get it as quiet as I wanted, but most people would be happy without doing that. Mostly you will just hear the air moving. The blades were well balanced out of the box--within 1 gram of each other. The remote works well. I like that you can have the fan off and use the wall switch to turn the light on and off without using the remote. If the fan is going when you turn off the wall switch, you will need to use the remote to start it again after turning the wall switch on again. If it's in your bedroom and somebody is sleeping, be aware that the light will come on if you turn it on from the wall switch. If you leave the wall switch on and and just use the remote, you can start the fan without the light turning on.Speaking of lights, it really does change color from blueish white to warm white. And it dims. Warm white on dim is good for a candle light dinner mood. The colors dim independently, so you can have one color set on dim and another on bright. When you toggle between different colors it will remember the different brightness of each color.

Quiet
The media could not be loaded. It is surprising how quiet this fan is. In the video, it starts with turning on the light using the remote (all functions by remote). There are 6 fan speeds. It was started at 2 and progressed to 6. It puts out a good amount of wind. There are two light options. When you turn the light off, double click to turn back on and the tone switches from cool to warm. There are 3 rod lengths for drop from the ceiling. We used the shortest (see profile photo). The instructions were more geared towards the longer rods so some interpretation is required. We did not have to use the weight for balance, as it was already well-balanced. The fan was purchased a few months ago and has been utilized daily. It makes me want to replace the older ceiling fans in the house with these because we love how quiet it is and for the light. It has a nice look to it. Worth it! You wont be disappointed. Easy to install.
