Worked exactly as needed. Needed for a large family gathering, 20 individuals, kept food warm as needed for several hours. Works with heated water via temperature control. Kept all our food moist and favorable. Containers were large with covers and offered buffet style arrangement. We always had complaints in previous gatherings, but this time no one complained. Cleaning takes time to do due to unit’s size, but manageable.

Was delivered on October 4th we installed it in November and it's end of December it stopped working does not heat up any more in 1 month the unit does not heat up anymore please advise how can I return this unit and get my money back for something that doesn't work any more...So in January they sent me a replacement and now in March only 2 months of using it...it stopped working...again... thses doesn't last very poor quality.Today is may 15 so on January they send me a new steam table I used it for another 2 months and around March this table blew up again...the coils are very cheap quality that this steam table only last about 2 months and now I have another broken one now that doesn't heat up the food or the water...it turns on but it doesn't heat up the food.I would not recommend this its a waste of money and I would request a full refund for this product...

So far, this unit works as intended and heats up pretty quickly. The only issue was a small leak under the water hose, but I was able to tighten it with a wrench. Looks good, and I hope it lasts long. -Adrian Santos

It's hard to know what more to say. Delivery was prompt, the product is great and the customer service support when we had some follow up questions was great. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  It started off great the warmer looks good one pan can hold a full pan of aluminum trays. I was very disappointed when the heating element went out 4 months in. I reached out to the company several times. I've sent them pictures and videos. They have taken my information and to date, no one has responded. This is terrible because I like you read the reviews and thought it would be ok. But apparently, this is not made well. I can't find a model number to order a new heating element and this company gets a thumbs down from me. A little flaw with this warmer the cord is very short so wherever you plug it in it needs to be close to the outlet. my plumber had to put a valve on to drain the water. So I believe you need to drain this every night and make sure the water level is high enough so the heating element doesn't burn out.

Don't buy this item. Lids too big for the dishes or dishes are small for the lids that they come with. The biggest problem that causes this item not function is the fact that the lids are too big for the containers. Lids don't fit the dishes and they have minimum of 3/8" gap between the lid and the container. This will defeat the purpose of keeping the food warm. Other problems that I could live with if the dishes and lids would match are that the warmer itself came with many scratches and have some uneven spots mostly around the spot welds. The temper glass has hair line fractures the you can clearly see. Don't expect a quality, well made warmer. Quality indicates, as if, this item was made in a garage or small shop.I received this item today in the afternoon and was a spoiler, so I will return it. It's a bummer.If the seller would send me the right size lids or dishes that match the lids then I keep the merchandise. I will update my review if I hear back from seller.9/8/2021 Second review: Amazon sent me the second set of warmer. I ended up only swap the containers. My initial purchased warmer came with slightly small containers in compare with the lids. I'm keeping the new containers from the second shipment and I'm sending the containers that came with my initial purchase. Old lids fit perfect on new containers. I hope this makes sense and help you. Thanks to Amazon and speedy and great customer service.

Loved this product it was great for my events

Went to use first time and there was a leak on the seal that I had to silicone with just to get it usable. Went and got some real seals for it since the temps will rot the silicone fast. Once it got all plumbed in properly it's been working great, using it 1-2x a day for the last month.6 week update - unit had electrical failure, no longer works. Can't return (just outside 30 day return window). Find something else and avoid.

Like this warmer for my Restaurant. Easy to clean.
