No capsule, just tiny compressed turmeric and black pepper extract. It says that the compression is 35:1 in the case of the turmeric (1500mg reduced by a factor of 35) and the pepper 10:1. It makes you wonder what else they put in the capsules that also claim to have turmeric extract.

little pills big impact
i swear by turmeric so was pleased to find a new one to try, turmeric and black pepper. These tablets are very small in comparison to my last lot and come in a foil pour so easy to pour out and dispense.BE WARNED - these stain your hands very easily - i don't think there is a coating to avoid this, i did mine before bed, went to sleep not realizing, woke up with stained yellow fingers and also then my bedding NIGHTMARE!
