The flakes may be tiny but they certainly keep me full for longer with the usual addition of fruit mountain and Yoghurt I add to the small amount of milk I also put in. Great whole wheat 'nutty' taste that keeps me going untilearly afternoon and well worth the price knowing its the real McCoy and not a 'mix' of cereal glued together like some. I usually eat this on a Saturday as something different to keep me going when I know I have a busy day andnot much time to spare for leisurely lunchtime eating.

We usually mix this with Dorset cereal and additional nuts and fruit to make a very tasty and healthy breakfast cereal

For those wondering about the taste of this cereal. The cereal tastes like cornflakes minus the stuff they put into cornflakes to make them tasty. They go well with oat milk and the 35g portion size is still small but better than the rice cereal they do, and the flavour is better as well. They are not like bran flakes and a serving is 126 calories per 35g serving; I suggest adding a banana in there as well to help add flavour especially if you have a sweet tooth.

Have been looking for these since H&B stopped stocking them, they are my favourite, taste lovely and no added sugar, will be a regular buyer now I’ve found them at Amazon
