A great little MP3 Player and Outstanding Customer Service
My Ipod died so bought this. I have to say its great not only is it an MP3 player it has lots of other handy functions clock calendar calculator radio. The sound quality is good the only thing is at full volume it is not that loud. It is easy and intuitive to use and comes with 2 MP3 players. It can handle M3U playlists it finds them and puts them in a folder in the MP3 player. The SD card works well, my advice is use a San Disk card. It connected easily to my blue tooth speaker and the built in browser was useful for things like Spotify. What was really outstanding was the Oilsky customer support. I have never seen a better service. Once my order was placed they sent a nice email with FAQ's to get you off to a good start Their customer support representative Melanie was very quick to respond, knowledgeable and very helpful at resolving issues. Based on all this I can really recommend this as a good priced MP3 player

Great little audio player for the money.
I bought this player on a whim, just to see what a cheap Android audio player would be like. I'm pleasantly surprised and have had lots of fun playing with this little device over the last couple of days. Build quality is decent and it comes with a nice silicone protective case which fits really well, and allows access to all the buttons and ports. The included earphones are terrible, throw them in the bin. I'd rather they didn't include them at all as it's just more crap going into landfill. If you already have Bluetooth earbuds then you're all set but if you prefer wired earphones, grab some cheap IEMs. Something like the Tangzu Wan'Er SG is a steal at £20 and they sound great plugged into this player. By the way, I tested the Bluetooth on my little Sony BT speaker and it connected and played music no problem. Overall, sound quality is decent enough. It's not as good as something like my iBasso DX170, but that was way more expensive than this little nugget.Going back to wired earphones, this player doesn't seems to have much power and you'll find you will have the volume turned up very high to get a satisfying level. With this in mind, it's only really suitable for low impedance earphones. It's probably going to struggle to drive some full size over ear headphones. You'll see in the item description that the WIFI is only for file transfer and clock synchronization, and that you can't install apps. This is isn't strictly true though. If you're fairly whizzy with computers and the like, you can put this device in developer mode and enable USB debugging mode. Then you can use adb (android debug bridge) on your PC, connect the device with a USB cable and install apps from .apk files. You can also uninstall stuff that refuses to uninstall on the device itself. I have successfully removed the standard Android Music app and Chrome, and then installed AIMP player.IMPORTANT: Please don't do this if you're not okay with voiding your guarantee or if you're not confident messing with this kind of thing! You could break stuff! The included Hiby music app is actually really decent, especially the MSEB feature which allows you to tweak the frequency response in a fairly intuitive way.The FM radio feature seems to work very well but you will need to have a wired earphone plugged in to act as an aerial.Overall responsiveness of the interface is perfectly acceptable but don't expect it to behave like a flagship smartphone. At this price though, it would be silly to expect that. Battery life seems very good so far and the device will shutdown by itself after a short while of not being used. This feature can be disabled in the settings.I have installed a 64GB microSD card and loaded it up with .wav and .flac files. Hopefully, some of the above information is helpful. I might update this review after a few weeks if any issues become apparent.

Cannot Recommend...Sadly
I purchased this to perform a couple of light duties which it does do, hence 1 star. Setting up this product is very difficult and (for mine) could only be achieved by rebooting a number of times and many failed attempts to get the OS going, the WiFi on the unit needs to be turned off to achieve a successful boot. But that's not all...the specs state that it is USB C 2.0...nope, the connector is only good for charging, connecting a HiBi DAC to this prooved impossible even in developer mode. What is good is that you get everything you need if your going to use as is...the headphone output is OK and the built in speaker works..it installs apps which work all be it...slowly compared to a mobile phone experience. This product is flawed and desperately needs a firmware update.

not the best
It has a lot of options but fails to have the "no shuffle option", it always shuffles any and all selections even a play-list

Great little MP3 player
Brought for my 7 year old so she can play music in her bedroom. It’s so easy to use and as a parent you can adds or remove apps as you wish.
